Our Team

This firm was set up by the founder, Abdul A. Hafezi, in 2000 having worked for a number of practices since qualifying in 1986. We have in-depth knowledge of our clients and the liability insurance industry in general that we represent.

We strive to maintain core traditional values of excellence and approachability. Our aim is to create enthusiastic and effective teams.

Abdul Hafezi – Principal

He was a partner at a well known insurance practice Vizards and at the London and Birmingham offices of a National firm Merricks before he set up Hafezis to continue to provide a niche litigation service to private and institutional clients.

In his time Abdul has been a member of The Forum for Insurance Lawyers, the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and is presently a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Commercial Litigators Association (CLAN) and London Solicitors Litigation Association (LSLA).

Leeanne Druse – Solicitor Advocate

Leeanne has worked in Personal Injury since 2006, joining Hafezis in early 2010. She  has a breadth of experience dealing with both low value and high value cases of differing complexities. Leeanne is currently a member of the Junior Legal Solicitors Litigation Association and participates in this actively.

Leeanne also qualified with a Higher Rights of Audience, enabling her to present your claim as an Advocate in all Courts throughout England and Wales as an Advocate.
